With the Delightful Bedtimes Program we are going to dive deep into how to set up for sleep success and a variety of strategies to support bedtime. No more guessing and piecing things together. You will have me there throughout the process for guidance as you make changes and support along the way. You will leave this program with a full toolkit to support your child’s sleep!
I’ve been in your shoes. When my daughter was a toddler, bedtime was not easy or fun. Bedtime could take up the entire evening. I’d work up a sweat putting on a show complete with song and dance just to try to get our daughter to fall asleep. There were nightly fights over brushing teeth, getting pajamas on, and constant requests for one more book. My husband and I would end up frustrated and exhausted.
Now, bedtime is enjoyable! It’s a time of connection and our daughter wants to go to bed. I never left my daughter to cry alone or locked her in her room. I used strategies that align with my values as a parent and that were responsive to her needs to help transform our bedtimes. Now I do this with the families I work with!
